Cloud Integration
All binders and batches created through UnityPlus are stored and managed from within your existing cloud storage. Documents are organized and retrieved from folders that are setup within the UnityPlus application.
Secure Storage & Sharing
With cloud storage, files never need to be stored locally to your users' devices. By leveraging your existing infrastructure, your organization can apply the same security policies already in place to new documents created through UnityPlus.
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
UnityPlus administrators have the option to apply OCR to any document scanned and created through UnityPlus. The OCR processing converts each PDF into a searchable file from its uploaded location within OneDrive.
Template Management
Templates can be created and managed within UnityPlus for both the UnityBinder and UnityBatch modules. Administrators can define and track custom metadata for each document to include date, text, number, & dropdown fields.

Boston Police Department
